Exchanges & Returns
Please read our exchange and return terms carefully before making a request.
Exchange (Size or Fit Issues)
If your garment isn’t the right size or fit, we offer a one-time free size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
How to Request a Size Exchange
Email us at connect@hosalifeandstyle.com with the following details
- Subject: EXCHANGE – Customer’s Full Name – Order Number
- Product received and size
- Size you’d like to exchange it for
Conditions for Size Exchange Eligibility
- Item must be unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Item must be in re-sellable condition.
Process
- Once we receive your email, we will initiate the return request within 1–2 working days.
- Once the returned item reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- If approved, we will dispatch the requested size within 1–2 working days.
- If the exchange does not meet eligibility conditions, the item may be shipped back with applicable shipping charges.
Exchange Policy
- First size exchange is on us.
- Additional exchanges for the same order will require shipping charges.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued (valid for 6 months).
Important
- For co-ord sets, exchanges apply to the entire set.
- If the product fails quality checks, the exchange may be declined.
Store Credit
- Issued if the requested size is unavailable.
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Must be used in one transaction.
- Cannot be combined with other offers.
- Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further exchange or return.
Returns (Store Credit Only)
As each piece is produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds. You may return your order within 7 days of delivery in exchange for store credit.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

- Reason for return

Return Process
- Once we receive your email, we will share the return shipping address.
- After receiving the item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- If approved, store credit will be issued within 1–2 working days.
- If not approved, the item may be shipped back with applicable charges.
Defects or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case of:
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item received
We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue store credit, whatever is your preference.
You may be asked to share images for verification.
Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:
• Sale or discounted items
• Orders placed using coupons or gift vouchers
Natural Fabrics
Our garments are made using natural fabrics. Slight variations in texture or colour are natural and not considered defects.
