Shipping policy

Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship across most pin codes in India through our logistics partners.
  • Serviceability is confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • During sale periods or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer; any delay will be communicated via email and/or SMS.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your pin code.
  • Remote or outlying locations may take longer; the estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout when available.

These timelines are indicative only. Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather conditions,or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping for prepaid orders above ₹3,000 within India.
  • For orders below ₹3,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹75 is displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional changes to shipping fees will be clearly mentioned on the website and at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Partial COD is available on eligible orders only. To confirm a COD order, a non-refundable advance payment of ₹300 is required at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance amount can be paid at the time of delivery.
  • Orders will be processed only after the advance payment has been successfully completed. The ₹300 advance is non-refundable in case of order refusal, failed delivery attempts, or cancellation after order confirmation.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the courier name, tracking ID, and tracking link.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s system.

Undeliverable / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, we may deduct two-way shipping charges before issuing any applicable refund for prepaid orders.
  • Re-shipping can be arranged in select cases after address confirmation and payment of applicable re-shipping fees.
